    This Terms of Use Agreement (“Agreement”) constitutes a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“user” or “you”) and Dabblecraft. and its affiliated companies (collectively “Company” or “we” or “us” or “our”) concerning your access to and use of the Dabblecraft website as well as any other media form/channel or mobile website/application related or connected thereto (collectively, the “Website”). Supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on the Website are hereby expressly incorporated into this Agreement by reference. Please read these terms of service carefully before using the website operated by Dabblecraft.

Chargeback Policy

    The company will investigate any chargeback of funds initiated by the user and will contact both the user and the payment processor for further information. If the chargeback was initiated for a reason found to be invalid, the company will file a dispute and suspend all services to the user. In that event, all support provided to the user will be voided.

Refund Policy

    The company guarantees a refund for any products/services that are returned or cancelled within 24 hours. Once your return/refund request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return/refund request and will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit/debit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Billing Information Policy

    The use of falsified or fraudulent billing details by a user is not tolerated by the company. We will issue a warning to the user/client to correct any falsified details within a period of 5 business days. If the falsified/fraudulent billing details are not corrected after this period, it will result in a service suspension in which the user will have 2 weeks to correct the details or the service to the user will be terminated.

Abusive Behavior Policy

    The company does not tolerate any abusive behavior toward its staff or any users on our website or using any of our other services. Abusive behavior is defined specifically as constituting threats, harassment, the use of profanity, or any other toxic behavior directed at either company staff or other users of its services. The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the services of any user engaging in abusive behavior.

Web Hosting & VPS Use Policy

    If you have a web or VPS hosting service, you agree to this policy. A user may not store or host any adult or NSFW (Not safe for work) content on his or her services, and a user’s service may not contain any pirated or copyrighted material. No user may use our services in any way that violates international or Canadian law, and a user may not use our services to store or spread malware or be used as a botnet. The company reserves the right to terminate or suspend any services/accounts engaging in these practices, and to remove and/or edit such content.

Gaming Server Donation Policy

    If you have donated to any gaming servers operated by Dabblecraft, you agree to this policy. A user is required to follow all rules and terms of the gaming server services and the terms outlined in this terms of service. Staff have the discretion to terminate your access to the gaming servers without a refund of donations. Donations shall not carry any weight in regard to how the rules and terms will be enforced. If a user(s) access is terminated, a donation will not result in the user regaining access. The user must go through the standard appeal procedures for the particular gaming server to regain access.

User Accounts

    The company reserves the right to terminate or suspend any services and/or accounts that violate any or all terms of service at our discretion without a refund to the user. All users must follow all company policies located on our website that are not expressly included in this Terms of Service. A user is responsible for all activities that occur under his or her account.
